Custom & Made-to-Order Products

All Tinselpaw items are Handmade-to-Order. As these products are created specifically for you, we do not support returns or exchanges for a "change of mind" or without a valid reason.

Quality Issues & Damages

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, we will make it right:

  1. Please inspect your order upon reception.
  2. Contact us at ylxq@tinselpaw.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
  3. Once the quality issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
